Team Support Staff
Denise Eschbach serves in the position of Team Manager and Assistant to Becky O’Neill. Denise also holds a realtor license and is knowledgeable in all aspects of the buying and selling process. She has more than 25 years of organizational and administrative operations experience, spanning business operations, customer service, contracting, project management, and accounting. She has extensive expertise at relationship building and working effectively with clients. Her knowledge of construction and working with contractors serves as an added bonus for buyers and sellers when needing to resolve inspection concerns. Denise is a very loyal, honest, and hardworking person who puts the client’s needs as her top priority. Her free time is spent with her children and grandchildren. She is also newly married and excited to begin a new chapter in life with her best friend, Jeff.
Nicole Graham joined the team as the Marketing Manager and Assistant to Becky O’Neill, taking care of print, web, and social media marketing to promote my client’s listings and successes as well as advertise my business. She earned her BFA in Visual Communications from Truman, then moved to St. Louis upon graduation to begin her career in graphic design. She brings to my team over 20 years of experience in various aspects of marketing from Designer, Art Director, Account Executive, Office Manager within an agency, to all around customer service provider. She has worked for small companies, large agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and a local school district. Nicole enjoys numerous outdoor activities, cooking, and hanging out with her family and pets. When she finds time, she likes to travel and explore other regions and embrace the culture, history, and people.
Karen Cowie is one of Becky’s full-time Realtors assisting many of her buyers. She is committed to meeting the needs of our clients; by learning what they love, want, and need in a new home. Enthusiasm, hard work, and personalized service goes into everything Karen does. She realizes that each and every client has an individual and specific need. Born and raised in St. Louis, Karen graduated from Maryville University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Spent the last 30 years in customer service management; where she learned the power of a positive attitude and teamwork is priceless. She resides in Fenton, and enjoys time with her husband Bill and their 3 kids.
Jason Fone assists the team as the Website Manager and Assistant to Becky O’Neill. Jason handles the customers that come in searching for properties on our site, and helps set up clients with a home search that best fits their needs and criteria. He is born and raised in the St. Louis area. Jason earned his BA in Business Management from Saint Louis University. He has over 10 years of customer service and sales experience, working at small companies up to fortune 500 companies. He enjoys staying active by going to the gym and trying out new hiking spots on the weekend.
